Our agency is seeking a energetic, positive, and fun team member who can drive sales and provide excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales by proactively promoting and selling insurance products to new and existing customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and business objectives

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong sales and customer service background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals
Proficient in computer systems and ability to learn insurance software
Must pass an in-depth background check

Licenses:

Must obtain Property & Casualty License
Must obtain Life & Health License
Agency pays for a 2-day exam prep course and the first attempt at the exams (which has resulted in a 98% pass rate on both licenses
for current and past team members)

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Plano, TX.
Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:00PM M-F.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2016.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of Western Governors University.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, y New Agent Program Qualifier
