Our State Farm agency is looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves a challenge, and wants to be part of a team that values hard work and fun!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to insurance expert for our current customers and potential/new customers – help them understand their coverage options and guide them to the best solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships by offering exceptional service and support.
  • Handle the nitty-gritty: policy changes, claims, payments – you’ll need to make notes on accounts.
  • Collaborate with our stellar team to meet sales goals and help each other succeed.
  • Stay adaptable and ready to learn – insurance is always evolving, and so are we!
About You:

  • Experience in sales or customer service? Awesome. If not, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • You’re adaptable and quick on your feet – whether it’s learning new systems or navigating changing conversations.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, whether it’s in person, over the phone, via text, email, or video.
  • Resilient and self-motivated – you don’t shy away from challenges or feedback.
  • Respect for diversity and a commitment to inclusion – our team values every voice and perspective (and we mean everyone).
  • Confidence in expressing yourself and who you are – we don’t do scripts, but we’ll help you find your voice throughout training.
Licensing Requirements:

  • Don’t have your Property & Casualty or Life & Health licenses? No problem! We’ll provide the exam prep and cover your first exam attempt.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
