Our agency is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us protect our community while enjoying a fun and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive business growth
Process policy changes and provide servicing support to existing customers
Participate in fun team sales contests with incentives (like a monthly bingo board) to motivate and reward success

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn insurance software
Must pass an in-depth background check

Licenses:

Must obtain Property & Casualty License
Must obtain Life & Health License
Agency sponsored 2-day exam prep course and the first attempt at the exams

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Plano, TX.
Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:00PM M-F.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2016.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of Western Governors University.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
